Are you looking to build your acting skills?
We are offering an introductory course to acting for camera.
To act for TV requires a new kind of skill set, so whether you see yourself on the silver screen in the future or are just interested in seeing how it all comes together, this course has a lot to offer.
Itinerary:
Warm ups and improvisation
Building skills for camera acting
Working on popular BBC or ITV scripts and bringing those to life
The course will be run by Billy Power and Jayne Skudder.
Billy Power has been with Manchester Theatre Academy for many years, initially as a student and now as a drama tutor. He has trained with a production company both filming and editing. He is keen to share his skills and inspire young people.
Jayne Skudder is a director and tutor at Manchester Theatre Academy and has been acting, teaching, writing and directing for many years, after graduating with a BA honours in Drama and English.

Youth Drama Group – Seniors (Age 14+)
£36.00 This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product pageOur youth drama group is aimed at 14 – 18 year old students and we cover all aspects of theatre. It is held on Saturday afternoons at Droylsden Little Theatre. This is a welcoming, friendly group and they are always willing to pull together and work as a team.
