Children’s Drama Group

Description

Our children’s drama group is held on Saturdays 1pm – 2pm at Droylsden Little Theatre and is aimed at 6-11 year old students (primary school age children). It’s a great way of learning new drama skills, alongside making new friends and building confidence. There is always a chance to take part in live performance and learn other backstage and technical roles. We aim to bring out the best in your child and celebrate their unique talents as well as giving them the opportunity to try their hand at new things.

We work on all aspects of drama from voice work to mime to physical theatre and if someone enjoys singing, we bring this into our shows, to make the most of each and every talent.

Our students will have the opportunity to work towards Arts Award which is a recognised qualification, accredited by Trinity College in London.
